Hello,
I am looking to sublease my current apartment from 22/6/26 to the end of September (can be flexible on the move-in date) with the opportunity to release through Greenstreet Realty when the lease expires 9/30/26. The information for this property is as follows:

Base Rent = $ 1259 per installment with all payments due on the first of each month.
Utility Fee (this is for waste management, Mahomet Sanitary District, Trash Service, Lawn care, and water) One bed $35,
Tenant is responsible for electricity, internet, cable, sanitation fee and renters insurance. Any utilities tenant is responsible for must be active for the duration of the lease.
Opportunity to renew when the lease expires at the updated renewal rate which is currently 1354/base rent + a $35 sanitation fee. Renters insurance is required else $14/month for Foxen. A new security deposit will be due because it is a new lease.
Solace of Mahomet Income/Credit requirements:

No recent derogatory credit or collections
• 300-620: Poor-unable to approve
• 621-699: Fair-may not be approved
• 700-850: Good-Excellent-will be approved

Pet info: Tenants pay a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet/max 2. We do have breed and weight restrictions (20lbs max). Any larger dogs will require ESA documentation.

I will say over the past 2 years I have lived here it has been a pleasant experience and the unit is very quiet and with no problems. Additionally, it's a very clean and new unit offering a lot of space.
