Not a male or female unit as both tenants will be moving out for the summer. Rent is $1,250. The sublease period is from May 10th, 2026, until July 31st, 2026. A security deposit of $150 is required, but if you cannot pay this, we are willing to negotiate. Only utility included is water. Electricity/Gas must be paid for by tenant. |
