I’m looking for two roommates for next year, starting from now until August 2027 (Lease starts August 2026 but I can also sublease if you want to move in earlier). Individuals or groups of 2 are welcome. The apartment is on the second floor, it’s a 3b2b, very close to ECEB and Niemann’s. There is in-unit laundry as well as a covered garage. Rent is $2200 total per month, so $730 when split three ways. Utilities are $80 per month on average. Looking for people who can stay the full lease period, I can't sublease for a semester. Security deposit not required, open to male tenants.
