Rent is a base of $650 plus a utility fee (for waste management, UC Sanitary District, Trash Service, Lawncare, and internet) of about $35, and a $14 additionally for insurance, which must be paid the first of every month. Tenant is also responsible for electricity/gas in addition to the costs above. It is an all-female unit of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sublease will be for the summer, starting May 18th to the end of the lease term, which is June 31st 2026. I am unaware if there are any security deposits required or fees tied to subleasing. |
