I am looking to sublease my studio apartment. It's a 12 month lease, move in August 1st 2026. Rent is $1275, Utilities is $55 monthly, Electric is separate and would need to be transferred under your name. I have a parking spot for sublease as well, it's inside the parking garage the fee is $89 monthly or $1070 for the year. Male or female can rent this studio. I will take care of the subleasing fee of $150. |
