I’m looking for someone to sublease my apartment from 5/1 to 8/1 for the summer.
Dates are flexible.
This is a fully furnished 1B/1B unit in a newly built building (2021), so you can move in and live comfortably right away.
I was the first tenant, and no one has used the unit before me, so it has been kept in very clean condition.
When I was looking for an apartment myself, I compared several options very carefully, considering location, safety, convenience, and overall building condition. After a lot of thought, I chose this unit for very specific reasons:
It is on the 5th floor, so the view is open and not blocked by another building
It is very close to campus, especially ECE
The building is newly built, so the overall condition is excellent
The neighborhood feels safe and quiet
There are many nearby restaurants and convenient spots
There is a gym on the first floor
After living here, I can honestly say that the reasons I chose this place in the first place really did make a difference in daily life, and I’ve been very happy with it.
One of the biggest advantages of this unit is also its privacy and safety.
When you get off the elevator and turn left, there are only four units in that section, and because this unit is at the corner of the building, only my neighboring units and I normally pass through that hallway.
Unlike other units where many residents pass by, this setup gives you much better privacy and helps avoid unnecessary foot traffic near your door.
It is also very convenient because the elevator is right nearby, and the stairs are also right in front, so both are easy to access anytime.
Since this is the top floor, it is also very quiet with virtually no upstairs noise, and the sound insulation is quite good overall.
