Looking for someone to sublet our lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath (~900 sq.ft.) duplex with an attached garage and a private patio with a some yard space. Pets are acceptable with a one time fee. We are a growing family and will be house hunting for a bigger place this summer. The sublease start date is flexible, sometime in August or September, potentially as early as July. The sublease goes through till July 31st, 2027. Rent is currently $1042 (including any fees) but does not include utilities. Security deposit will be needed which is equivalent to 1 months rent. Appliances include dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer hookups (depending on the house we buy, we may or may not leave the washer and dryer). Email if interested!
