Pumpkin Carving Contest Terms and Conditions

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Green Street Realty is hosting the contest.  Pictures must be submitted by 11:59 PM Central time on Satuday, October 31, 2020.  Voting will remain open through 11:59 PM on Monday, November 2, 2020.

Photo Contest Rules

• Upload a picture of your pumpkin masterpiece on Instagram. Tag @greenstrealty and #GSRPumpkinContest in your post.
• Share your post with friends and family.  The picture with the most votes will win so share share share!
• First and Second place winners will be awarded based on the highest number of votes (picture likes).  The first-place winner will receive either a $100 Visa Gift card OR $100 Rent Credit.  The second-place winner will receive a $50 Visa Gift Card OR a $50 Rent Credit.
• By entering the contest you give Green Street Realty permission to repost or use your submission in our own marketing content. 
• Open to US Residents only. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
• Winners will be chosen on Tuesday, November 3 based on the total number of votes.
• Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message.
• Winner must claim their prize in person at the Green Street Realty Office. 510 South Neil St, Champaign, IL 61820
• Employees of Green Street Realty are not eligible to win prizes.
