Newest Acquisition - The Flats ISU

Excited to be back in the Illinois State University market. After selling our 1,000 bed portfolio a few years ago, we are pleased to take ownership of the Flats at ISU. The fully leased asset features 155 units and 447 beds and is considered one of the premiere locaitons in the market.
