New Construction 2020
Green Street Realty's construction and property development team, Sub 4 Development, will start construction of two three story buildings located on West Side Park near downtown Champaign this summer. The buildings will feature 51 apartments, consisting of a mix of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The properties are expected to open in summer of 2020.
